Started yesterday with car issues, then the toilet, and oh yeah I sent my electronic car key through the complete was cycle in the laundry. So today is a new day.  No issues. The world is my oyster or rather mussel! Tonight smoked mussels and clams on the BGE.

Last night’s pizza was is the middle of the rain. It worked well although I did get a little wet. Bacon and sautéed onions with cheddar on one and a pesto with prosciutto, basil, and boccaccini on the other.  Using the BGE as a pizza oven is one of the best uses it has. Constant heat with wood flavor can’t be beat.
